We take a comprehensive approach to your eye health, considering nutritional, systemic, environmental, and other influencing factors.
Our approach to care is rooted in prevention and long-term tissue health — not just treating symptoms after damage has occurred. We focus on non-invasive, therapeutic interventions designed to preserve tissue health, maintain structure and function, and support long-term ocular wellness. Through early intervention and regenerative treatment strategies designed to support tissue health and function, we aim to protect and optimize the eyes before irreversible changes develop.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is my initial visit? One hour. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment.
What is the cost of my initial visit? Your 1-hour consultation is only $99, and includes ALL diagnostic testing needed to determine the cause(s) of your specific Dry Eye symptoms. After testing is complete, Dr. Udell will develop and review your Custom Care Plan with you. You are under no obligation to proceed; the treatment choices and costs will be explained, and moving forward with care is entirely up to you.
Do you accept Medical or Vision Insurance plans? We do not currently accept any insurance, as most treatments for Dry Eye Disease are not covered by any commercial insurers. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed superbill, which you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
I have a stye. Can you treat that? YES! Dr. Udell uses advanced treatments to reduce the appearance of both long-term (chalazion) and new (hordeolum) styes, and can advise you on how to prevent future infections.
Can Dry Eye Treatments Also Improve the Appearance of My Skin? Yes. Many of the advanced technologies used to treat Dry Eye Disease and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), including Lumenis OptiLight IPL and OptiLift RF/DMSt, can also improve the appearance of the skin around the eyes. These treatments may help reduce facial redness, ocular rosacea symptoms, sun spots, uneven pigmentation, and visible blood vessels while supporting collagen production, skin texture, and eyelid tone. Many patients appreciate that they can improve both ocular comfort and overall appearance through the same non-invasive treatments.
After treatments at Intown Dry Eye Care, you will not only feel better, you will look better!
